comfortable bed amazing breakfast great location faulty remote unhelpful staff high price
the bed was super comfortable. I found the breakfast amazing (especially the pastries!). the location was great.
the tv remote did not work. the staff changed the batteries, it still did not work. the price seemed high for such basic things not working.

a mixed experience, honestly
street noise poor soundproofing
the staff were quite nice. they tried, at least.
My room faced the street. the noise was unbelievable. Sleeping was hard, especially since the windows offered little soundproofing and the street lights bled through the curtains. It really disrupted my sleep.
